The space
Located in the heart of Kyrenia town. Surrounded by the local community. Within walking distance to the Old Kyrenia Harbour and many shops, bars and restaurants. Sema Villa has 4 bedrooms and all have their own ensuit, plus a separate guests toilet on the ground floor. The ensuite on the ground floor has been adapted for the less abled bodied person and we also have ramps available for easy access to outside areas. This villa sleeps 8 guests in total. A cot and high chair can be requested before your arrival at no extra charge for babies. It is your responsibility to inform us of a need for a cot before arrival, as this needs to be brought onto site and prepared for your baby beforehand.
‘Pay As You Go electricity/water meters and Generator fitted at this property. Credit given but once used guests need to pay and top up for more units for their use. Full details provided of how and who to contact for top up of electricity or water if needed for guests who have booked .
Hot Water For Showers
1. Each en-suite room has a shower switch near the entrance on the wall. Turn this switch on. Then turn the taps on and next turn on the electric heater on the wall. Wait a minute or so to allow the water to run through the unit and heat up, in doing so for a hot instant shower. Turn the switch off after use so as not to over heat.
2. Solar Panels on Roof
This will heat up the water in the tank on the roof, for a limited number of showers.
Good in the summer for constant hot water, but not as good in the winter.
3. Timer Switch
This timer switch is locaterd on the first floor, under the electric unit. Press the button on the switch to heat up your water as and when required for the set amount of hours. The switch will turn off automatically when the time set has been reached and you will have hot water for a limited amount of time. The more guests staying, then turn on again as and when needed.

Other things to note
‘Pay As You Go’ electricity/water meters fitted at this property. Credit given of 100 units of electricity and 12 tons of water provided, but once used guests will need to pay for extra units needed. Newly fitted Generator installed. Diesel added by owner less than 1/4 full, but once used guests will need to pay top up if they wish to continue to benefit from the Generators use.
